Hey everyone. I just got an iTouch, and I love it. I'm hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction for this. My issue is that I have way more than 16gb of music, and I am having trouble deciding what to put on it. Currently I set my party shuffle to 100 songs, refresh it, and drag and drop until my iTouch is full, but I'm wondering if anyone out there perhaps knows of a program that will generate a random playlist of 16gb worth of music.

Yes, iTunes. :D

From the menu, File -> New Smart Playlist.
Uncheck "Match following rule." Alternately, set the rule to "Playlist is Music."
Check "Limit to" and set it to 16 GB, selected by "random."
Make sure "Live Updating" is checked.

You can drag this playlist to your ipod, or you can set your ipod to sync with this playlist.

Play around with the smart playlist, you'll find it's very flexible and convenient!
