Lol. Good video - atleast he wasn't computer illiterate and knew where the harddrive was and other else.

Nice find!

Oh - and it was a PowerBook G4 - it didn't have the NVIDIA 8600MGT (the one with the extended warranty).

He lives a few miles down the road here in AZ if anyone's interested in checking up on his other machines

What a doofus though. Even then, he could have recycled it to the Apple store for %10 of his next mac. Knowing he'd end up buying a decked out Mac pro to compensate for his retarded looking face and nameless other areas, that %10 could add up. :p

I can't imagine him ever having to pay for his Mac's!

Yeah, but DAMN, it feels good to be a gangsta.

I'm surprised he would even have a computer as old as that. It was kind of funny, especially the part where he was explaining the importance of the parts he was destroying.

I wouldn't say he's computer literate. From the looks of it, he destroyed the optical drive instead of the hard drive. Someone could still steal his info. Hmmmm.... I wonder if he had any naughty pictures of CoCo on there....

It's his and he is free to do what he wants.

Actually enjoyed watching him rip it apart.

At the same time, there are folks that would love to have an old Mac such as this. Getting a new display would be an option. However, if the external connector (DVI) still works, then just connect a cheap external monitor and now you have a decent computer to do typical things like e-mail, surf the web, run Microsoft Office, etc.

I don't find this video too fantastic. The narrator seems very ignorant, i.e. "Oh my God, that's beyond returnable! Look how wrecked this thing is, I'm scared" Uh, what? Ice T is wrecking a five year old computer and it seems a little immature.

It was kind of entertaining to watch though, sort of.
