I didn't know they still made Stuffit Expander. I haven't used it in years.

For rar files, UnRarX is the way to go.

Is the UnRarX is to Mac as RAR is to Window? If I zip my files to UnRarX, can Window user open?

Not unless they have an unRAR program installed...natively Windows can open .ZIP archives (which Macs can create without any additional program installed)

I use The Unarchiver and it stays out of the way and is barely noticeable (unlike Winzip and Winrar on Windows)
