Ravensword... cheat mode?

Quick question about Ravensword... I picked it up this weekend, because it's on sale at $1.99... 🙂 I noticed on the settings screen, there is a little button above the DONE icon that has a number in it (1.311). If I click on this button, I get options like being able to give my character free items, change his level up/down, or teleport him to different places in the game.

I accidentally clicked on this, and then I chose to teleport him somewhere and then I sent him back to town. I also clicked on the "Rat Killer" item. FWIW I didn't level him up or give him items.

Does this "screw up" my normal playing of the game? 😕 There doesn't seem to be an undo or anything, although things also still appear to be at the same plot point.

no it doesn't affect story mode, but it does make the game easier exept for some areas w/ lvl 60 giants that aren't shown on the map, free stuff allows you to get stuff like the ravensword and all steel armor for free and you can sell stuff like skins and sell vendor items more expensively.

Ahh, cool, thanks for the explanation. I had put this game aside, but I'm going to come back and play it at some point.
