Razer Mouse lags world of warcraft

I recently bought a Razer deathadder essential, when moving the camera with the left click button the game stutters and lags, but when using the right one it works just fine, the game also works fine with the trackpad and an older Razer Mouse I have, I play on a MacBook Air 2018.
after trying out some stuff I noticed that this only ever happened on Mac, I couldn't try it on any other Mac systems but I did try it in bootcamp on my Mac and on 2 other laptops, the glitch did not happen in windows.
for the time being I think that the only solution is to get a new mouse, thing is, I wouldn't want to end up seeing the same glitch, so I would like to ask if there are any wow players who also play on Mac that have encountered similar problems and which mouse do they recommend? if possible, I would like to stay with Razer

Seen this issue reported on Blizzard forums a few times and it appeared to be related to the Razer Synapse software, maybe try rolling back to a previous version or see if there is a new version available.

That is definitely the mouse software, not the MBA or game.

there is no synapse 3 for Mac and since the mouse is fairly new it doesn't work with synapse 2, do you have any suggestions as to what to do?

I can't say for sure but I have read a few having issues with it not being fully compatible with macOS and really needs Synapse 3, no idea when that will come if ever. Unless you can find someone who has the issue and knows a fix you may get something out of Razer by contacting them but their support is sub-par at best.

Same problem here. MBP 2019 16". Not using a Razer mouse, but I think the Synapse driver is installed. I'll have to try uninstalling it.

I tried uninstalling the driver - no difference. Left click still stutters/ lags.
