RCN service rant

    I been having bad luck with RCN internet ,cable and phone with the internet every now and often the internet disconnect then come back and goes off again called RCN they called technician over and says it's the apple router fault told me to replace it or rent one from them got that replaced the router with a replacement from Apple same issue I'm thinking is the modem and RCN don't thinks is that. I hate there service I was browsing something after I logged out I was going to watch Netflix on my Apple TV it couldn't load then I check I had no internet called them up rcn around 12:52 am est they say they have an internet outage I'm thinking there disconnect my internet on purpose then connecting back when they feel like it I been a member since RCN since 2007 the issue started in December 2015 till today

    They are not disconnecting it on purpose.

    Do you have access to the modem? You can post the frequencies and power to see if it's in range.

    I did test the modem it self and it works and I just got the router replaced via apple care in December 2015
