Frontier Developments is currently involved with a royalty dispute with Atari. It has been pulled from all retailers until it is resolved. The iOS version is still available because that version of the game was published by Frontier.
You should be able to reinstall it from your purchase history, but if it has disappeared from there, then you may need to wait until Frontier and Atari settle their dispute to reinstall the game.
