Anyone know if the MB Pro 2014 15" with integrated graphics can run RDR2?

Here's the minimum requirements:

I'm going to say no

Red Dead Redemption 2 PC minimum requirements:
  • OS: Windows 7 – Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K / AMD FX-6300
  • Memory: 8GB
  • Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 2GB / AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB
  • HDD Space: 150GB

No, it's one of the most demanding PC games out there. The integrated graphics on the latest MacBook Pro couldn't do it adequately.

Would even the current gen iMac and Macbook Pros with AMD cards be powerful enough to run it? I know it will be loud as hell for sure

I would just buy a PS4/XBO if I wanted to play and don't care about 60fps high res gaming

The 16” MacBook Pro and the 27” iMac could both run it at better than base PS4/XBO settings with some of their GPU upgrade options. I’m not sure they’d run it better with the base ones.

if your looking to do AAA gaming on Mac, I would suggest Stadia. Despite what people have said Stadia has come a long way and does have a free membership option. Think of Stadia as Steam on the cloud. You still pay $60 on Steam, but now you can stream it.

All the processing happens on their servers so your computer isn't taxed at all. Been running all sorts of games on my 2015 MBP without any issues -no increased temperatures, no loud fans etc.

I've been amazed by Stadia. As long as you have a fast internet connection, it's pretty a pretty amazing gaming experience.

EDIT: I'm certainly not getting 60 fps even with 1g fiber, but I'm gaming on a 2015 MBP.

...

You said it yourself, your 2015 MBP doesn't have anything to do with the lack of FPS, everything is being processed on their servers. I've heard others complaining about poor FPS with Stadia.

My 2015 MBP is also not a 4k screen so google limits it to 1080p and there's no problems with FPS unless someone else is streaming and I'm I'm playing over wifi. My tv is 4k and not limited and there are touch and go moments when FPS drops, but then again I'm not expecting a solid 60 fps 24/7 as I'm playing on a TV screen not a PC gaming rig or next gen gaming console. Again, I'm just amazed that I'm running current games on my 2015 MBP that simply aren't available on macs.

If Microsoft is able to get their game pass onto Apple, I'll definitely check that out too as the game library is way better than on Stadia.
