Apple Music Re Family sharing - what am I doing wrong?

I've got the full Apple Family sharing enabled on my account and want to share my Apple Music with my wife (16 Pro & iPad) and MiL (14 Pro and iPad) but neither of them can see my music

I've enabled what I need to in family sharing; signed out / signed back in number of times

Home Sharing works fine for me; but when I look at their devices, I cannot see any of my music available to them

Any suggestions/advice?

From what I understand they get access to your Apple Music Subscription not your library and playlists.
