I realize this is an old thread, but it comes up when searching for how to install macOS without giving the computer your Apple ID. I was able to do this by first setting up a USB drive to install macOS. I then erased my old computer's drive. Then inserted the USB drive into the computer, and restarted the computer. (It may not be necessary to restart, but one only gets so many opportunities to experiment.) When the Utilities menu comes up (it will, eventually), select reinstall macOS. It'll find the USB drive, and begin the installation without asking for your Apple ID.
