RE jail breaking 9.2

so I'm jailbroken in 9.2, my phone died so I have to re jailbreak. When I open the pangu app it opens and then instantly crashes. I've tried re installing and same effect.

Should I try to fresh install 9.3.4 then downgrade and re JB?

Did you try rebooting after deleting the pangu app before you installed the pangu app again using cydia impactor?

Personally, I would always recommend updating to the latest supported firmware version for a particular jailbreak. But it may be a huge hassle for some people to do so. 9.3.3 is currently still being signed, so act fast if that is your intention
