Since installing El Capitan on my Imac, whenever I open a new window in Safari, it always brings up the last page viewed, instead of giving me a blank window with the option of typing in a new address or searching for a new topic. It doesn’t happen when I utilize private browsing.

Is there a workaround for this problem?

Thank you–
Chuck

Safari - Preferences or Command + ,

First tab is "General" then you will see "Safari opens with:" then you have a couple options in the drop down box. 1. A new window 2. A new private window 3. All windows from last session
