OS X Re-opening the Feral Options dialogue window?

When you start a Feral game, you get the Options dialogue window, and there's a tick box for 'Always show this dialog'.

If I untick the box, how do I get the Options dialogue window back at a later date?

You hold down the Command key when starting it.
