Re-ordering Podcasts in iTunes

Can it be done? I need some help, because I'd like to re-order them, keep my old ones near the bottom and the active ones near the top.

BTW - It won't let me drag and drop.

I have a related question:
Is there any way to make Podcasts play in reverse order (in other words: chronologically)? It seems only logical to listen to my news Podcasts from oldest to newest...but it seems this is not possible with the way iTunes handles Podcasts. To say the least, this is highly irritating.
