Re sync iphone and loose apps?

So I plan to do a fresh clean install, but the question I have is will I have to re-sync my iphone which means ill loose all my apps? Also how can I save all my apps that I have in my itunes so that I can put them back on my iphone? Thanks

Copy your iTunes folder from SL and copy ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync and you should be fine.

I believe you are trying to say "lose" rather than "loose" as loose means not tight.
