Reachability stopped working

I have to toggle again going to accessibility to make it work again.

I'm jailbroken and apps installed are:
CCsettings
Lockdown pro
Springtomize
Tetherme
YouTube essentials

What could be the problem?

I have the same problem on my iPhone 6.

We share two tweaks-

CCSettings and
TetherME

I'm not sure if one of those is causing the issue or if it's something else.
