Read before asking "Which processor?"

    This site gives a basic overview of intel's core i series and how it works and compares to previous intel processors. It also compares the i3, i5, and i7 to one another.

    Yes, a lot of people also ask if they should have the slightly faster processor.

    perhaps this nice comparison should be in the iMac section or something. It is a nice read but it merely compares desktop CPU's and no mobile architectures. The differences between the mobile i[357] and the desktop counterparts or their C2D are significant and i don't think that article should be a guide for people deciding on a MBP CPU.

    Good find!

    But most of the questions have to do with hands on performance differences.
