Is there any way of getting access to my Mac hard drive from within Windows?

I used Boot Camp to install XP and thought I read something about it being possible. I can't transfer files from within OS X because my Windows partition is NTFS.

How about a separate USB drive, Flash or hard disk, formatted FAT32? That should provide a common storage area without compromising either the Mac or Windows partition on the main hard drive.

Backup often, MacDrive works, but it's not entirely stable. It still locks up explorer for me about once a week and often there is corruption on the OSX drive as a result.

I use this program, and although it's helpful, it CRASHES A LOT. It's responsible for 90% of my windows crashes. I too get the occasional "corrupted" error, but I find most of the time that it's bull. Checking the drive in OSX reveals there is no need to repair.

Regradless, there's no real alternative... so give it a shot.
