Not to be a pain in the rear, but we actually don't know that. It's painfully obvious, and surely a 99.99999% chance occurrence, but it's not "official" from Apple.

Agreed. IF that .000001% turns out, Apple will go wayyy down the chain in the money and stocks they make per year.
Uh, no it's not. If there's one thing new users don't do, it's reading threads that start with some variation of "Read this first" before they post.
Hm, not to be disagreeable, but I find Aduntu's stance here to be true. I know when I was younger, I used to bounce around and participate in online communities for quite a while before reading stickies and whatnot. Heck, I did it here.

Thank you teacher. So how do you know that the NEW users are still NOT reading these types of threads even though they post the "when is...." etc.
Edit. Yeah when I was younger to, I did it. Perhaps there are more 15 year olds on this site than I think.
The new threads about the 5 do not bother me one bit, but this thread should be kept because at least it will stop some people from posting.
Whether new users read stickies or even bother to read threads already posted on what theyre asking, it is painfully obvious that posters posting on this subject have not read anything, nor would they read a sticky, on the subject, IMO. So, those same posters arent going to read this thread and in a day or so it wont even be on the first page of the forum (not that would matter). We already have stickies that dont seem to be read, since time and time again posts are made that could have been answered by simply reading a few inches away from where they clicked New Thread.

Wait! because WE DO KNOW THE IPHONE 5 IS GONNA BE BETTER AND FASTER THAN THE IPHONE 4!
There is nothing to support that claim. You just made up a number. Besides, if you're going assign it a percentage, why not do the same for all other rumors (some of which say that the next iPhone will not be out in the fall btw)?
Agreed, they'll still be threads about the new iPhone, what will it be, when, etc, etc.
That should read "speaker" or we will have several new threads about why the second speaker on my iPhone5 is not working.
ACTUALLY there is a chance that there may NEVER be a new iPhone. I heard this morning Steve is selling the company to Samsung and they gonna discontinue the iPhone and only sell their own smartphones
Or Apple could actually make stereo speakers instead of tricking people like right now.
