How can I download PDF files in Dropbox so that they are available to read with no internet?

Thanks.
 
You can also export those files to your local storage and use a PDF viewer to read them.

I have the same requirement. What I did was get the DropSync app and sync my Dropbox contents to my SD card in real time.
