reading QNX drives in OSX

If this is in the wrong section please move it to the appropriate one. I am wondering if anyone has a quick and dirty on reading files on a qnx drive. I have a MYGIG/UConnect system in my car and I wanted to mount the drive to extract the music files there, I lost some of my music. Of course I probably could load up qnx in virtual box an try to read it that way.
