Until Apple launch iOS 9 and Watch OS2 to the public there won't be apps on the AppStore with native support.

But Apple launched the "test/beta" version of the 3rd party app available in apple store. I guess some developers can tea this opportunity to release beta versions of their apps... let's see.

Maybe some of the big developers, who knows.
But to code for Watch OS2 I need to use a beta of Xcode, beta iOS 9 and beta Watch OS. When you use a beta version of Xcode you cannot submit apps to Apple with it. This has always been the way.
