Few obvious mistakes:

1. Why would there be a retail box associated with a phone that is not near delivery?

2. It would be smarter to use existing GUI than to use one that is far different than the current 3.0.

3. If you know Apple products, you would know that Apple will never release a dock that looks like that.

4. The phone looks more like a case than the flush look of existing iPhone.

Besides the fact that this is fake and the non-flush exterior, I actually like the look of the phone.
