REAL startup items

    where are they?
    not under account settings.
    a bunch full of deamons (little snitch, crossover cd helper, **** like that)

    A lot of them are hidden on the root of the hard drive.

    You can view each of the startup items by opening Activity Monitor and sorting the columns by the PID.

    i should have gotten this by myself! :)
    ~/Library/LaunchAgents
    /Library/LaunchAgents
    /Library/LaunchDaemons
    /System/Library/LaunchAgents
    /System/Library/LaunchDaemons

    That's not all of them.

    You can have stuff in /Library/StartupItems and I assume ~/Library/StartupItems

    yeah i know, that was the first folder i looked, but i think these are the same that one in "accounts" tab, and more or less nothing (with exception the things i put there) is located there.
    not anything annoying, that is.. :)
