Is anyone familiar with a real-time bi-directional synchronization solution?

I need to synchronize the iTunes libraries between my PowerBook and my new Intel Mini. The majority of the time I'll be adding new tunes to the PowerBook and the files and the iTunes library files will simply need to copy to the Mini.

The solution needs to allow two things to happen:

1) Keep the files synchronized for backup purposes.

2) Always have the latest files and iTunes library from the PowerBook on the Mini so I can browse the Mini's local library using Front Row.

I know I can do things on a scheduled basis via ChronoSync or the like, but there are times when I buy new music on the iTunes Store using my PowerBook and want the tunes to appear on the Mini via Front Row (which is in a different room and is only connected to my TV) immediately, in real time, so I can listen to them. Currently Front Row seems to cache the list on my Power Book, so new purchases don't show up automatically. I figure Front Row will see changes to the local library immediately, so if the files copy to the Mini as soon as they show up on the Power Book I should be set.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
