Realistic delivery time of iPad2?

you're lucky. I have the same dates (ships on 9th and delivers by 13th) but mine still says Not Yet Shipped.

I ordered on Apr 24, and was originally Ships: May 09, Delivers: May 18.

Mines changed to Prepared for Shipment today. Still says Ships: May 09, Delivers: May 13. Is it most likely mines will get shipped out today?

I got my PFS update today too. I ordered on the 23rd with the same estimates that you got. I'm not holding my breath for it to come any sooner, but it would be nice. I've waited this long, so I can wait another week if I have to...

Why the big difference in ship time / delivery time between people? Mine says ships on May 10 and delivers on May 12, but I've seen other people with a ship time before mine, yet delivers after.

It took me what seemed to be forever to finally get mine. It was worth the wait however. Still, next time for iPad 3, 4, or whichever I get next, I will order the very minute they become available.

Prepared for shipment this morning.

Looks like it went from a delivery of May 7th, to May 12th. Still ships on May 6th. This makes more sense, I just wish Apple had originally posted something more realistic.

Mine's going to be shipped on the 9th (May) and delivered on the 17th (May); I live in the UK, and, I assume, that's why it'll take a long time to deliver. "1-2 weeks delivery," yeah ... right.

Ordered mine today and it has a May 23 ship date and May 27 delivery date. Seems outside the 1 to 2 week estimate. Hope the delay is linked to the use of "better" i.e. no light leak, screens.
