I usually change out bands once or twice a week, mostly to color coordinate the band color with the watch face I use with it to change things up every so ofter. I have five sport loops, two sport bands, a black link bracelet and a gold Milanese loop that I have certain uses for each one. Mostly the sport loops and sometimes sport bands are for everyday/workout use. The link bracelet and Milanese loop are used more for dress up occasions or when I just want the watch to look a little fancier for casual everyday clothes.

I rotate sport bands daily or once every two days. I always wash my sport bands with mild soap and I’m a clean freak.

Every day or two. Once in awhile I will wear one for about 3-4 days.
I have 19 Apple branded bands. Black Titanium S7 but been Ti since S5. Was Black SS before but dig the brushed finish and the virtual indestructible Glass and frame.
About 9 are solos which I love and I think I'm going to order the Clover right now ;)
I use 5 of those just for work as they get dirty. And I think the bands being changeable was the smartest thing they did. Both for customization and their own sales.

I change it at least twice a day. I try to match it with what I am wearing and what I am doing. I work from home, so am rarely truly smartly dressed, but tend to wear leather in the day whilst working and sports when not. Sometimes I change the band about an hour after I have worn it just as i feel the other is a better fit. I tend to rotate between braided/solo sport/sport/leather with the occasional Milanese thrown in.

Weekends I wear leather (I have a Hermès S7) though when I go to football (I am a Southampton FC fan) I wear my red braided loop to match my top and 33,000 others in the crowd :)

I have two bands that I switch between. A Nike Sport band for everyday use and workouts (rinse it off after exercise) and the original Sport Band that I only use when sleeping with my Watch in bed.

Twice a week. My work would be tough to wear anything but a black band so I switch to a good band every Friday night and back to work band on Sunday night.

Typically it’s once or twice per week. But in warmer months when more active it could be more if wearing a nicer band during the day then going for a swim later and switching to sport band. Also short sleeve shirts lend themselves to me wanting to match bands with outfits.

The Bands are easy to change, so depending if im going to work out/run. If I want to go out, or if I want something more formal and elegant. Its so easy to change bands. Honestly sometimes I do my runs/ workout with a leather band on.

If you're on this thread odds are you change bands more often than 99% of other Watch owners.
