Reality of Delete Apps

I just discovered files from programs that I used appcleaner to delete all traces from my imac. I'm not amused by this and proceeded to check both libraries for file THAT should have been deleted. I found several. Corel painter being one, that had files in 2 locations!

Yeah, uninstaller programs struggle with larger apps. If I really want to get rid of something, I Spotlight it.

I even found a camtwist file inside a quick time folder. That I deleted sometime ago.

Whenever possible use uninstallers included with the applications. Of course that's difficult if said programs don't come with uninstallers...
