iPhone 12 Pro Max Really annoying charging issue

My iPhone 12 Pro Max stops charging at 98%. Whatever I do, it won’t charge.

I don’t know why.

Anybody else with the same problem ?

How are you charing it? Have you tried different methods, different equipment, different places, etc.?

I had this issue on my iPhone X; It used to stop on 80%

But then it was observed only when using wireless charger and also, I had created a battery automation to announce that phone was charged above 80%.

It charged 100% when using lightning cable so I just continued using it.

What does your peak performance indicate ? Does it show 100% ? ..... sounds like you are doing everything right .... I’d give support a call

Your Battery Health on a 12 Pro Max is already at 98%? Or it only charges to 98%?

My 12 Pro Max takes forever to go from 96-100. Easily 2-4x longer than my 11 pro Max did. It can sit at 98% for 15-20 mins sometimes. I thought this was a feature of the optimized charging but I guess not. Interesting.
