Really annoying widget problem. With Pictures!

So my translation Widget has been on the frits for a while now and I don't know what's wrong or how or if I can fix it. The same thing happened to my friend a while ago with his Macbook. He tried re-installing from me when mine was working and it didn't work. So I didn't bother trying the same thing.

Just one day a while ago I opened Dashboard it was like this. I can't type in it or anything. Dragging it in and out of the widgets up there doesn't work. By the way, my friends widget looks exactly like that as well.

By the way, I have a PowerPC G5...

Any ideas?

Mine's been like this for about a year now. I finally got rid of it because it was so crap.

I'd also love to hear a fix for this! 🙂
