Really Dumb question

I use a Verizon MIFI with a iPad1 wifi only. If I buy a iPad2 does it matter where I buy the iPad2 since I am using a MIFI and it just uses wifi. So is there a difference between a AT&T wifi only and a Verizon wifi only or a Walmart wifi only? Any of them should work since it is wifi only correct?

No, they're the same device. Any iPad will work with WiFi.

A wifi only iPad is just that, wifi only. There isn't an AT&T or Verizon wifi only iPad. I don't even think AT&T or Verizon sell wifi only iPads. You will have to get it from the Apple Store, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. Also, yes, an iPad, regardless of where you get it from, will work with your mifi, because the iPad just sees it as a wifi hotspot.
