Really frustrated with Peer Guardian

I want Peer Guardian removed. I open the installer and it freezes on "removing preferences". Why can I not get PG to uninstall?

I can search for Peer Guardian in Finder and the only thing there is the uninstaller. Please help.

Did you try to remove it first by just dragging it to the trash? Perhaps the uninstaller is looking for something you dragged to the trash.
