Really happy with my rMBP 2015 128ssd

haven't bought a new mac since my early 2009 iMac.

pretty happy with how light and thin it is. and the screen is amazing.

got education and corp. discount.

anyone know which covers fit it and where i can get one of those keyboard protector things?

Amazon has the keyboard covers, but they're not recommended with retina. I noticed with mine, I would get a keyboard outline on the screen - so I took it off.

If you want a sleeve - check out the Incase ICON with Tensaerlite. Best Buy has them for the 13", and they're very form fitting and not having a zipper is great.

It does't fit with a Speck Case, so if that's what you want - you're on your own.

I've had no problems with mine in over a year of use. It has rarely left an outline on the display, but it comes right off.

I have both the Kuzy covers top and bottom, and the Kuzy keyboard cover. Not a hit of outline, and it was all cheap from amazon. Love it.

Yes the keys still illuminate and you can see it through the keyboard cover.

The guy actually punched in the wrong price, he almost gave me the rMBP for $1,111, but corrected it to $1,111. Still a good deal tho.

I bought in store. On their little phone, they can enter any price they want to, all they have to do is give a "reason", I'm assuming they put corporate in that line. He kept having to get "approval", it felt like buying a car haha.

Your whole thread could have been called #useless, but have not been.
All those covers represent almost the same quality for similar price.
Not a big decision.

Yeah but some people have had problems, such as residue on the screen or them being used sans illumination. Im looking for a real referral, not just vague sentiment but thanks!
