I remember years ago, the Air's were anemic and woefully slow. At least that is what I remember from that time. People didn't like how slow they were. *shrug* Maybe Apple learned something?
They l learned that years ago when the second style MBA came out. MBA have been great for year and for majority of people the best mac laptop

Apologies. What I remember is people complaining about the earlier (original?) 'under powered' MacBook Airs, and at the time, it WAS under powered. Inexpensive shouldn't mean 'barely more productive than a paperweight'. I'm very glad they made the Air more productive. Kudos to Apple.

forsure,first gen air's with the flip down usb port were terrible.
