I have a 13" MBP (2009) that has been going really slow lately. Honestly, I took me over 15 minutes to post this thread. Its not just the internet but the programs as well such as software updates. All the applications seem to be freezing and I'm having to force quit them. And its taking this long to update my MBP for 1 security update (which should take, maximum, 15 minutes).
Anyone know a solution? I'm not running any games or big programs. Just Firefox.
