Really wierd problem in tiger?

Hi
i am like a bit new to mac.. someone played around with my imac..

Whenever i am doin any action .like opening any program,,, theres a voice saying opg safari... opg system preferences etc..

Also when i press the apple icon on the top left hand corner it shows shut down twice... log off twice etc,...

waat could be the problem...

Voice over is turned on in the Universal Access system prefs.

BTW, you need to work on your punctuation 😉
