Received my iPhone from AT&T and noticed the glass has a small crack on the back upper side. Since I ordered it through ATT, do I have to go through them? The phone wasnt dropped and was in a case. I was going to go to Best Buy to buy a front and rear screen protector and then I noticed the crack.

Yeah Apple handles that. Since you just bought it, they will probably just swap it for a new one. I wonder how they will do it in the future though. According to the video, your back glass is matched from 700 variations of slight microscopic differences.

I bet, if they can fix this at the Apple store you will not have this kind of precision. It takes a robot and lasers to accomplish.

Maybe they just replace the whole phone.

When comes to the iPhone, you never go back to AT&T or your carrier...

Always go back to Apple.
