rearranging icons in 1.1.1

I just cant figure it out like in 1.0.2, theres no more rSBT to download through installer, does anybody know how to do it?

install customize rSBT is now within customize app and it works with 1.1.1!!!

ahh, i see now, theres no reason not to have 1.1.1 now

rSBT within customize doesn't work for me on 1.1.1...
