Reasonable speeds for USB 3.0 external?

Bought one of these:

OWC Mercury Elite Pro mini
1.0TB 7200RPM
Bus-Powered, Multi-Interface Storage Solution
Mac / PC / USB 3.0 & 2.0

Got it hooked to the back of my late 2013 iMac and generally get the results shown below in the screen snap. Are these pretty much on the mark?

In my late 2012 model with USB 3 3Tb Seagate plugged in, I'm getting more than that. About 184 write and 187 read.

Here's a test of a Crucial m500 240gb SSD, mounted in a plugable.com "U3" USB/SATA docking station (connected to a late 2012 Mac Mini via USB3):

Looks about right for a non UASP enclosure.
