Rebate form for Ipod and Printer

I'm getting a Macbook, and I'm getting the free Ipod touch and I'd also like to get the free printer with it as well.
However, both want the UPC code for the Macbook.
Can I send them in the same envelope? Or can I make copies?
Does it have to be the original UPC?

You can do it all online. I just bought a macbook and got a free ipod touch and a free printer. When I got the order I just logged into the apple store website and requested a rebate check from there. I had the check within a week and there was nothing to mail in.

Really? They don't say anything about that on the site.
I am in Canada, not the States.
