Rebate News Yet ?

It just inimaginable what happened in my case.

I bought an new Macbook 2.4 GHz, iPod nano and printer and send all the required documents, just to find out yesterday email from apple saying:

With reference to your recent claim for above promotion, we are
unable to continue processing your rebate because we have not yet
received the required documentation needed to validate your
claim.
The following items are required:
# Printed version of your online submission form...
# Invoice or sales receipt...
# EAN labels with bar code from product boxes...

For goodness sake, do you know what I've sent in the envelope ?
- EAN labels from Macbook, iPod and printer
- original receipt bought from Apple store
- two forms printed after completing the two applications ( the only thing is that I saved the files and printed later, thus the layout was with no color) - the text obviously kept unaltered.

Now, the person who sent the email, even though didnt mention his/her name, could say if I ommited something or what is wrong. What should I do now ?

I Would reply to the email, and maybe give them a call. I myself am going to send the documentation in tomorrow from holland. I will make sure it's send priority, express, and every other imaginable safety precaution. It'll arrive within 2 days.

Personally, I had a hell of a time removing the stickers in one piece lol
