iPad Reboot @ 2 am ?

Hi,

today I found my ipad has been rebooted at 2 am. Any idea? It was connected to it power supply at this time.
The reboot time was exactly at 02:00 (checked with status lite).

Software update? They will automatically install if connected to a power supply and have a wifi connection

Its rare, but sometimes it can happens.

My xs Max has done this on two different occasions. Completely random and hasn’t happened in a while. Wasn’t an update because it has the latest version.

General -> software update -> disable automatic update?

Maybe it just crashed? Sometimes I wake up in the morning and my iPhone has been rebooted.

I wouldn't think anything of it as long as it's not suddenly happening regularly.
