Need help. While trying to update the songs from my Ipod, my mac froze. once I restarted it, all I get is a blue screen without my hard drive or anything else on it. This probably wouldn't be a problem if I could open my CD player and re-start with my Norton Emergency CD, but the eject button won't work, HELP!!!

Give us a bit more info!

Running OSX?
Hold down command+s at startup, then
type: fsck -fy
let it finish,
type: reboot

You can hold down the mouse button to eject the cd at startup.
If you are running OSX, then I won't recommend Norton, but you can use it as a last resolution, if everything else fails.

And read this thread, it solves 95% of all your mac problems!
