Reccomendations for an external display for new macbook

Just picked up the new alumbook and I am looking for an external display to hook it up too. I am going to use this mainly for movies and tv shows but probably also occasionally basic computing.

Any Suggestions?

What size?
Dell makes great displays but of course the 24" LED from Apple just started to ship with a much higher price tag.
