Our two just arrived at my office. At first the UPS driver only had one and said he could not find the other. I was about to be very unhappy. Luckily he looked one more time and found it.

I did, originally, view your post as negative and if it wasn't intended to be negative I apologize for interpreting it that way. As I stated before I just wanted someplace for others, like myself, to post their excitement because I know when I do get home to my X in a couple of hours I'm going to be very excited to share my experience. When you said my post had no substance to it, I thought you were saying my post was pointless but what I think you were trying to say was that there was nothing wrong with the post. My apologies, sorry for any confusion caused. I've since renamed the thread by adding quotation marks to hopefully ease any potential confusion to others as well.

No worries at all. I am excited to receive mine too. Sort of wishing I had asked UPS to hold it for me lol.

Got mine! SC 256gb! Really enjoying the new phone. Super easy to get used to no home button and Face ID has been flawless so far. Happy camper here. 🙂

Picked up mine too at 8:30am when ups cc opens. SG 256. Not a fan of the true tone setting, and the phone is noticeably heavier than my 7 plus, probably it's me who have weaker muscles. Other than that so far so good. Really excited 🙂

Got mine! It’s a beautiful phone.

Messed up on my end by updating my 6S to iOS 11.1 yesterday, so had to set up my X as a new phone, update it and then restore from backup.

The phone has a really premium feel to it, the screen is gorgeous and I think the size is perfect (people coming from a plus may feel differently about that though.)

The camera on this is miles better than my 6S as well.

I had updated to 11.1 as well, but only thing I had to do was update the X also and restore backup. Interesting?!?

I picked mine up for UPS CC at 7, but it took them 15 minutes to find it because they said since it was a pick up, they don’t appear in the system where the trucks load, which is where they were looking. Finally a young woman came in and showed them where those waiting to be picked up were and I got it, but my heart was not beating there while they were trying to say it wasn’t there. I had received notice of the scan when it arrived at its destination and one saying it was ready to pick up so knew it had to be there. So I left there and went straight to work, where I’ve been trying to get it set up in between work. Our internet isn’t great so its taking twice as long to download and restore but am loving it so far. Had some trouble intially getting on the servers at ATT to activate it but finally got through. Loving the size and really liking the change from the home button to gestures. Haven’t really had time to try much else though so will update tonight once I get home. YAY iPhone X!!!

Just got home and opened mine and I love it so far! The size is perfect and it definitely has a premium feel to it!

I picked mine up from Apple Store this am.. Flawless transition.. So far the best I've ever had.. My time was 10:00-10:30, got on line at 10:11 and phone in hand by 10:50... Ok....soooooo I don't LOVE it yet.. Gotta get use to the smaller phone (coming from a 7+) everything else is great.

That's understandable! I also came from a 7+ and found myself always wishing I had a smaller phone so I'm glad I can finally have the features of the + in a smaller phone.

My phone made me update before I could do anything else. I was able to restore just fine BUT my iPhone 7 was on 11.1 so I think that's why I didn't run into any issues.
