Seriously! This post is not directed at you personally either. Grown men hiding outside stalking fedex deliveries to apple stores, people claiming if their ipad is opened in the store they will "punch the employee in the face", arguing about long lines, bitching about re-sellers, tracking planes, making unreasonable demands, constant harrassing phone calls to stores and apples customer service lines. All of this is childesh behavior if you ask me.

Yeah- BOTH of hers have been shipped or are out for delivery. LMAO this cracks me up. Of course she thinks we are being unreasonable because she's practically being pampered by Apple compared to us! Anyone who is not in our situation of "not yet shipped" since 12:45 AM PST 3/11 has no room to judge.

Free Shipping

Did you notice that FREE SHIPPING was the ONLY checkout option? I would've easily paid an extra $20-$30 to get my iPad 2 in less than 2 weeks. This is ridiculous. It hasn't even processed for shipping.:confused:

Same here, man. I was willing to pay up to $50 for next day shipping.

Guess there was a reason why expedited shipping wasn't available but I don't know what it was. The :apple: rep I spoke with didn't seem to know either.

Because they can not guarantee you next day or 2nd day if the item is not even made yet. I really believe they are placed in boxes still warm (being facetious) and shipped out as fast as they can.

I think apple should have waited one more week. Could have been better.
 
I had a really bad CSR last night, the worst call I've ever had, hard to understand/didn't answer my questions. The CSR I spoke with today offered me a Free Smart Cover Expedited - Gray, and the manager said mine is on the truck and he said he will see if he can speak with FedEx to make sure its delivered today. I don't know if thats possible, but much better CS than I received last night.

Hope mine gets delivered today! :)

EDIT: and now my free smart cover just has gone to Prepared for Shipment!

Good! More people should call back if they are not satisfied! It's your right- after you give Apple your money (Especially $500 + ) they are working for you.

Yeah it was bad, and I'm not the one that usually calls to complain all that often but when I've been using/buying apple products my whole life and so has the rest of my family, you expect only the best this was the first bad call/experience I've had with in store or on phone so glad they were so accommodating
