Receiving mail from another acct? No way, apparently!

    Hello,
    One vital reason for my interest in MobileMe was he ability to examine mail from an (just one) external POP acct. I haven't been able to accomplish that despite my research and chats with Apple's MobileMe experts to clear any setting up mistakes on my part. I'm very frustrated to face that kind of hurdle, particularly regarding a product from a reputable company such as Apple. I'd appreciate to hear from other users about their experience with such difficulty as well receive any advises they could possibly provide me.
    I haste to say that the other sync features work fine and I'm content with them.

    Instead of trying to set it up in MobileMe to go out and retrieve the email from the other account try going into the settings of the external account and have it forward your emails to MobileMe. I do this with no problems. Hope this helps.

    I agree with this. If possible you always want to have the other email "pushed" to MobileMe (normally referred to as forwarded). Why would you want MobileMe to have to "poll" for new mail every 15 min or so.
