Hello good forum here, very resourceful and helpful. Here is my latest conquest, a Duo 230 with 12MB of Memory and a floppy drive for $16! It had a dead internal HD so I swapped it with a working 80MB for my dead Powerbook 140 (lowwww I know 🙁 ) but it seems just fine suited to my needs. Also the floppy drive was dead so I swapped one from the same 140 (they are the same inside the enclosure 😀) Overall it is a joy to have now, since I grew up using a Duo 280c which is in Duo heaven!

This thing is super light, especially without a battery. As far as a dock goes, years ago I had my 280c in a Duo Dock II. The computer turned off while I was using it. Upon ejecting it never powered up again. I wont risk it again! 🙁

Hah Almost forgot, picked up this gem yesterday $30 on craigslist. I'm going to paint it it's original color..tomorrow maybe? 🙂🙂
