Recent Updates / Couple Glitches ??

Have an iPhone 12 Mini, Just recently iPhone Updated to iOS 17.2.1 ... Have 2 problems that have occurred .. (1) With incoming call Speaker Phone won't connect , press Speaker white bell shows with red lettering and bar through it.. (2) Incoming Text , Phone just vibrates and odd muffled sound comes out.. Not Chosen Sound.. Thoughts Opinions Appreciated, Cheers Thanks
