Each time I double tap home button to get to recent apps ,and I have a lot if them open , there is a lag when scrolling. Does anyone else experienced it?

i think you answered your own question. close them all out and reboot the phone. you should be fine.

I don't know if you are being sarcastic but not every operating system is perfect. It is also in beta stage so expect some things like this.

Btw, agreed with the above poster - a) it's a beta, and b) the more you load up an OS, the more work it has to do. Save the complaints for when it's out for live use. If it still lags heavily then, then your complaints may well be valid.
